Hello
When my torque driver/half pulley is fully open it's hitting the clutch, and by so doing not allowing optimal belt travel.
there is about 2,2 mm difference between with the clutch or without it. On how much it can open.
I've seen people trying to fix it, by shaving down the half pulley, but there is no room left on mine.
I have also seen people placing a washer between the halfpulley and the clutch.
I tried to do that, found a washer there was about 2mm. But now the clutch bell is rubbing against the lock nut.
So I but a washer down in the seat on the halfpulley, now the clutch turns freely.
But when I was to bolt it on the engine, there was hardly any threads left.
Can anybody help me out?

How about the clutch? Try to figure out exactly what is hitting and if it's something you can shave a little without much risk. Doesn't necessarily have to be 2.2mm off, but maybe you can get .5mm or 1mm somewhere and use less spacing.

thinner washers? or try a thinner belt.
