I will be using it in conjunction with a 50mm BBK possibly with the stock head, after-market exhaust, and air filter. Is there a cam that is better suited for low and mid range power instead of top end?
Is there anything I should know when installing this cam? Does it cause any known problems and or do special adjustments have to be made?
Thank you.

The A9 is the popular choice. There are probably cams that offer more low end, but manufacturers of scoot cams don't bother to label them in any useful manner so we know what's what. I think it's worth having in general.
Things to think about are piston to valve clearance (since the new cam should have more lift and duration) and what it does to dynamic compression ratio (because it leaves the valves open longer). P2V is simple enough... you check it. It's likely fine, but the check isn't a bad idea because if the valves do touch the piston then you can ruin the whole engine. Compression dropping may not be a big deal. If you already had low compression it would be an issue. I think with a stock head on a 50mm BBK, you'd have no problem there.

Thanks. I have a replacement head on there now until I can make a proper block plate for the now removed PAIR system. I'm just waiting for the rocker assembly to arrive so I can test it out.
