New tube. Or if it's tubeless, clean up the mounting edge.

Spray the edges and valve stem with soapy water to find where its leaking. Check for something in the tread or sidewall. If you don't find the leak that way then put in a bucket of water and look. Its leaking somewhere you just need to find it.

The soaking in a tub of water is the best way to find mystery leaks , tubless tire valves are pretty good for this especially if thier china originals

Just find the leak and repair it. Never use leak sealants. Generic spray cleaners similar to '409' work real well for finding leaks. Or you can make your own spray from an empty spray bottle, water, and a few drops of regular dish soap.

Given the quality of some manufacturers, it is actually possible to have sidewall leakage without any puncture or visible problem. The sidewall can just be permeable and allow leakage. If that's the case, a tube may be installed or the tire replaced. I don't know if 'tubing' a tubeless tire is appropriate on these. Air can also leak out around the rim. That can be caused by rusty rim surface or tears/rips/cuts in the bead area of the tire. Sometimes RTV silicone can be used to 'fill' the cuts. Once set up, the seal should last indefinitely and cause no problem. The rim is not a flexing area, and should just 'sit still and do its job' without any fuss, so sealing should be no problem from heat or motion. tom

Yeah check your valve base too. If it's the standard bent valve with a rubber base, the base can dry rot and leak. I had it happen. Replaced with this valve and haven't had an issue since.
