It does look lean to me. But I am inexperienced. Have you checked for leaks and stuff? Replaced fuel lines and made sure nothing is clogged? Valve clearance correct?
I am in the same situation as you. I have installed the BKK etc etc and I am trying to adjust the carb. I suck at it.

Yes I have checked and I cant find no air leaks. It must be the Bvh Sucking the juice ! Carb tuning is a real bitch, 120 main jet too large 115 too small. I dont think a 117 will do it, but who knows?

Reading on other forums a user is experimenting on her 150cc chinese scooter. She removed the air box and replaced it with some hi flow device and found that 120 was too big and 115 was the best for her. It sounds like even 115 should be too big on your set up.

Did you see the last pictures of the spark plug ? 115 felt better than a 110 main jet, but who knows.
I'm using a high flow air filter with a 20 cm intake runner. 72cc gy6 Bvh performance cam.

Yeah I saw the picture. I'm not sure what the 20mm intake runner is. It just seems like something else is off if a mostly stock 150cc with it's bigger intake, carb and displacement is too rich at 120 and 115 is right.
BVH?
I wonder what the size of that 150ccs valves are compared to the BVH.

Intake runner is an extension hose between the carb and the airfilter.

The engine could be used to transport atomic waste it's so tight, no leaks.

I would tune it by results... speed, RPM, feel noted for different jets in rapid succession and not worry about the plug too much. May be fine. 4Ts sometimes run pretty white on the porcelain, but you've got soot on the ring.
