I want to replace the 2 screws that hold the carb on the motor, the one on the intake clamp and the one on the air box clamp. Does anyone know the thread size? They are getting pretty worn out with tuning the carb and being taken on and off repeatedly so I would like to put a better screw in the clamps before they strip out.

I think on mine they are m4 screws. Any major hardware store should have a setup to tell you what the thread pitch and diameter you have. Just take the screw inside the store.

Usually they are studs & nuts holding black manifold to head, 6mm ×1.0 pitch is most common. (With 10mm head)if those are the ones in question? Otherwise its hose/band clamps

Yes the hose band clamps but I just want to replace the screws in them the clamps are perfectly fine just the screws in them are starting to strip. They are bigger than M4 I am thinking maybe M5

Just get new hose clamps. If the screws are bad the clamps are next to go. Post a picture so we can get a better idea. Or do what Scooterted said and take them to a hardware store and match them. I don't think any of my scoots have the same clamps on them. Even the same manufacturer uses different clams on different models.
