So i picked up an eton beamer 3 and she runs good after i adjusted the idle on the carb. I've been looking at 70cc kits since i first rode her but there are soo many! Could anyone recommend a decent kit? also is there a good jet/filter/exhaust combo to go with it? thanks!

They have a 10mm piston pin,,the oil pump is larger and will crash into the side of an aftermarket cylinder,so the cylinder must be notched to clear(or delete the pump..) A name brand kit with a matching head will be waaay better than a cheap junk cylinder...

I would suggest you follow some of the build threads here and make your own decision based on what's best for you. Definitely stay with a name brand, there are lots of no-name kits on Amazon and Ebay. That said if you want to just play and do it cheap try one of those and figure out what you want. There is nothing to say you only need to put one kit on. But remember you can only do one at a time.

This clinches my decision thank you.

More Eton info;DC CDI(some are restricted),13.55 to 1 final drive ratio,long case "chinarelli",crappy small spline variator that limits roller travel,drive belts are shorter for the crappy variator(should run a 788)..
