Im having trouble getting fuel into fuel bowl its as if i dont have enough vac at idel or low revs fuel runs out and bike dies starts reving high befor stopping ive tryed moving fuel float to let more fuel in but starts to over flow go back to normal setting and just keeps on playing up if i keep reving it seems to keep enough fuel in bowl can even ride for 2-3 mins but then dies again trying to run in not good to be reving up on stand and everything seems ok could it just be low vac at low revs its only a cheap carb 30mm that shouldnt be to big have a 28mm would going down in carb size help or do i need to run air filter cant get warmed up to even set idel or start to see what jets i may or may not need other than that motor feels strong and revs crips and clean till fuel starts to run dry in bowl help

I did try sucking on vac line but carb overflowed and even started to fill power jet fuel line it was as if i was blowing fuel in not sucking on vac as well as fuel floats not turning off fuel its strange

Your initial assessment is probably correct.
If it overflows, you have a float or float needle issue.
If fuel doesn't reach the float bowl during normal operation, you could have a bad vacuum fuel valve, an air leak (cracked vacuum hose etc) or a kinked fuel line or a line that is collapsing under vacuum.
You could also have some lines connected incorrectly.
There's one other thing that can do that but it slips my mind at the moment. If I recall I'll post it or hopefully someone else will before then.

As humanshield said...bad fuel valve is possible. What has come up a lot recently is plugged petcock/strainer and/or fuel filter. Try to drain some fuel directly from the petcock to a pan or bowl and see what happens.
