My oil seal on valve cover is leaking in the bottom i it could be from excessive crankcase pressure.
When i remove the hose of valve cover vent and put my finger to it on idle i can hear air blowing at the same rate as if i blow with my mouth in the tube.
Is there any number from manual how much crankcase pressure is normal for this engine?

Could just be a bad seal. Take the valve cover off and see what the o-ring looks like. If it's totally flat/flush with the cover, it should be replaced. You may be able to get by for now with a sealer, like Ultra Black RTV applied in moderation to the valve cover sealing surface (both surfaces must be clean and dry before assy) and over the old seal.
If it's just seeping, I'd suspect a seal. If it's blowing out, then maybe look for crankcase pressure problems.

Was tough to find this leak.
Currently i brake cleaner and $5 Loctite seal from home depot waiting for it to dry.
