youtu.be/v21Ipqyc_agRing, crank bearing? It developed this after I did the smart forgetting to turn off my manual petcock thing, and subsequent taking down and rebuilding of the top end. Started midway through the test spin. Squish is .67 all the way around. Plug looks good. Oil in the line all the way to the carb, no bubbles, no signs of leaks. Don't have temp data as computer isn't hooked back up yet. Butt dyno says running otherwise as normal... for now. Trying to not have to pull it again. Probably going to yank the oil pump and go premix. Just spitball for me. If I need to I will pull it and verify. Just want it to run the summer before everything is switched out with new hotness. If I f'd it I might just swap the top end for that 70cc TPR and see how that does a compared to the S6 racing mk1/Athena Evo/hyper race.

Listening to it on the computer it really sounds more like metal on metal. But it is not limited to one point in the revolution. I didn't re ring, cross hatch looked good.

Have you looked at the flywheel side?Maybe there something rubbing between the magnets and stator...
