Genuine rough house 49cc starting/running problem

My 4 year old rough house scooter starts and the engine accelerates fast for like 15 seconds and then the engine stalls out, over and over.  I have changed the gas, fuel filter, gas regulator valve and spark plug.  what could cause this  help please  :-)

It could be as simple as a good carb cleaning. If the main jet has anything blocking it you would get what you describe.
