Hey guys i have 2005 Yamaha Aerox LC with:Malossi sport 70cc kit,Tt leo vince (soon il buy Yasuni R,i need to save up more money),Stage 6 vario,5g roller weights,leo vince yellow clutch springs,Stage 6 medium clutch spring,malossi carbon reed valve,i want to buy malossi fly clutch and Yasuni R,so i wanted ur opinion on malossi fly clutch is it good or bad,can i buy better clutch for that money etc...(Sorry for my bad english im from Bosnia)  ,and i wanted to know  is this happening because my mixture is to rich ? |

look at the Malossi Delta clutch as well I have 2 and they are infinitely tunable. They are a little more money.

What carburetor are you using?
What jets are currently installed?
Are you running the stock oil pump or are you premixing? (Premix = oil and fuel inside the tank, no oil pump)

tsimi im right now im using 17,5 dellorto 82 main jet,stock oil pump + im adding little oil in fuel tank

No need for additional oil inside the tank. The stock oil pump should be sufficient.
Do you know the size of the pilot jet?

That's happening because of the extra oil you put in the tank. I used to run 32:1 premix and it would do the same thing, spit oil everywhere. You should be ok w just the OEM oil pump and no extra oil in your has tank. The extra oil will lean out your mixture and could cause a lean issue that may cause spark knock.

Aha i dont know the size of pilote jet but i can check it,also my water pump broke 2 days ago so i am thinking about buying repair kit but i dont know which repair kit is good ,cuz i already changed 2 water pumps and i have feeling that after i mounted new parts and after 1st moped heats faster but that could be because of bad carb adjusting maybe to lean im not sure i need to adjust carb properly,im reading forums about scooter tunning and about carb tunning so im not really good in this but im trying to learn. |
