I got some noise like chain lose or something when i accelerate close to 30mph or so and keep holding throttle open i get some constant noise when i release throttle it goes away.
Guess safer to say its past 8000+ rpm, but i don't get it at idle only when riding.
Another thing i noticed today is i get some clicking noise perhaps valves and also chain chain on idle.
What checks can i preform?

I would remove variator to see if it is engine or cvt issue
Probably your variator 3 rubber "sliders" are worn out

I would start by checking play in the crankshaft and gearbox shafts, completely inspect cvt, and pull valve cover to have a look at the cam chain. Beyond that youll have to start dissasembling things.

Could be spark knock from using too low octane of fuel for the timing/compression ratio. Also, how much plus 8,000 rpm are you hitting? It would not take too much more to give you valve float. In my opinion, others here may vary, but 8,000 is a good redline to not exceed with these engines...unless of course your scoot is a 2T.

Could be sheet metal or plastic vibrating. If you lose one screw, and the other two are loose, you'll get a prety rattly sound as the heat shield on the muuffler starts to vibrate and shake. The noise will var with engine rpm. tom

Take a video of it. Move the camera around the engine and where it is loudest then post it.

Is there a camshaft chain tension adjuster on 49cc engine? Could be sheet metal or plastic vibrating. If you lose one screw, and the other two are loose, you'll get a prety rattly sound as the heat shield on the muuffler starts to vibrate and shake. The noise will var with engine rpm. tom I had similar noise from headlight being loose because there's spring and screw to adjust headlight angle, i tightened it up however still get noise esp when moving and hitting close to 8000rpm mark, am not sure if its comes from panels or from engine. Take a video of it. Move the camera around the engine and where it is loudest then post it. Actually i dont get knocking anymore, and other vibration type noise only when moving. I use voice recorder and post sample.

Same.
At certain speeds (RPM) my scoot vibrates. I think it is a wheel issue.
