OK, to make a long story shorter ( in case you haven’t read my other posts). I have an ice bear falcon moped that my stupid nephew ripped the wiring out of in an attempt to “hot wire” the bike. Most of the damage I have traced, except for one ground wire. There is a long wire attached to the mounting bolt on the ignition switch. But I have no idea what it was attached to on the other end. I’m hopping that someone out there might know where the other end of this wire should go

I do not know for sure, but would suspect it should go the the rest of the 'frame'. The handlebar & fork are connected to the frame though the ball bearings of the fork, which is not a reliable connecting means. Running power through greasy ball bearings is somewhat tentative. tom

Yep, if it's connected to a mounting bolt on the ignition switch, rest assured it's a ground wire.
What's on the other end and does it look home made or like it came with the scooter?
Some ignition switches had a mount welded right to the main frame while other have the switch on the triple tree. If yours is mounted to the frame with a direct ground, it probably doesn;t need another ground. That gound could be for the harness.
Again, what's on the other end and does it look like it came with the scooter or was home made?
