If its set up for a 16" wheel,installing a 13" wheel will greatly change top speed due to the final gearing..

Sorry, it has cylinder studs. They were discolored so o assumed they got very hot. The cylinder had some scratches in it so that's why I did a light hone. But like I said with only 1400 miles on it roughly, why did it overheat, if it did? I'll try to upload pics later. And I'm going to try and keep the 16" rim on the Aprilia. It might work??

Being a 2T, it's pretty sensitive to lean mixtures. Anything that could lean it out like an airbox issue, leaking gasket or seal, etc... could make it run hot. Oil delivery malfunction would do it too, but I'd expect you'd see some serious scuffing in the cylinder and on the piston.
