At first it just started having trouble cranking. For about a month it constantly and progressively losing power in acceleration and would die when I slowed down. I used sea foam a time or two which would help a bit but never long. A few days before it broke down a friend saw that gas was spitting out from somewhere and said it was causing lack of pressure Then the morning it broke down I heard a knock and then done. Won't turn over nothing. Has power bc blinkers work. Please help this is my only means of transportation. To and from work and I don't have the cash to pay for diagnostic or repair at a shop.

Scooter year, brand, model, modifications?
Pre-mixing gas and oil . . or separate oil tank with carb oil injection?
NOT impressed with your mechanical aptitude . . if you were unable to troubleshoot the "gas was spitting out from somewhere" issue. Suggestions may just be an "exercise in futility" . . if you lack the aptitude to execute them! Perhaps you could barter with a mechanic for diagnosis and repair.

Stop dancing around the issue and TELL the man how you feel already !
But also I agree he's right.
But on a WAG...I'm gonna say it was running lean or without sufficient premix and there's significant piston or cylinder damage. (Loud knock....won't turn over)
OR.....if he's really lucky....
It's just a crank seal....(but that prolly wouldn't esplain the loud knock)

Take that bike to a mechanic, no offense but you dont appear to have the knowledge to do it on your own and you may mess it up worse with "blind troubleshooting".
Not meaning to sound rude but that is your best bet. Just want to see you back on the road with minimal complications. At my local shop they charge 25 bucks to tow the bike in.

Did you ever stop the gas leak? That seems like #1 on the list. If you ride around a scooter spewing fuel, especially if it's onto hot parts, it's a fire hazard. Could be related to your troubles as well.
