Has anyone ran these belts for a while. I just purchased one and it seems to slip on the very top end of what we would call high gear. I'm running a stock variator up front and I'm back 1000rpm clutch spring and a 1500 rpm torque spring. I get plenty of pull off the start and it good all thru the power range untill the very highest of gear then my scoot starts to slow down but rpm doesn't seem to drop. I don't have a tach so I can't tell for sure. Do you guys think the 18.1 width over the 18 is just enough to push it out of the variator enough to let it start to slip. I know it's going all the way to the very outer edge because I marked my variator with a sharpy and the belt ran to the very outer edge of the variator. I'm thinking it my be limiting me from getting all the way down in the torque driver pulley as well. Any thoughts or experience?

Try running a sharpy line down your rear pulley and seeing how deep it gets there.
Otherwise you might have to shim out your variator to keep it from closing as far? Over-travel is a tough one.
Another thing to check is if the clutch is getting greasy from the rear pulley and slipping there
