"Still leaking."
Did you check the level in the gearbox? When you replaced the lube, did you fill above the bottom of the fill hole? After you take a good long ride, try touching the gearbox(carefully) to see if it is hot. It should not get real hot, but quite warm is OK. Could it be you are still drooling some from the previous condition, as it makes its way through the path? Is it possible the elbow is leaking where it is screwed into the bottom of the case? Some Teflon tape might help, or some thread sealer if it is seeping past the threads. Really, there should be very little lube that makes its way through the labyrinth and out to the world. tom

The drain plug is not leaking, nor is the fill hole plug. I put a length of hose from that pressure vent, and there was enough pressure built up in the case that forced a lot of gear oil out the hose. It is 2 feet long and goes up about a foot above the engine. I am starting to suspect that there is a defect within the gear case. There should be no way for gear oil to be constantly leaking.

I also managed to pull the elbow piece out, it is non-threaded. So plugging it up with a bolt is not an option; other than using JB weld. (Last resort 👀)

Readthe outer case temperature with a digital IR thermometer, it’s reading 124F after a 2.5mile ride back from work.

Got some pics for you on the labyrinth. The gasket makes the routing for the cannels in the case. As the gear oil heats up the vapors will be pushed out of the top of the main gearbox into the first set of channels. Then it has to pass back and forth thru the gasket into the case channels until it wraps all the way down to that spigot. If that gasket is damaged at all then the gear oil will seep right to the spigot and leak out.

Dexameth, holy 💩 you’re awesome for the pics.
So my guess is they crushed/damaged the gasket putting the case back on. Creating the leak.

If the gasket was not being compressed along the area of the passage, lube could leak past, get into the passage, and come out the plastic elbow. That could be caused by a damaged gasket, an incomplete (cut out a 'bad spot' and still used) gasket, or surfaces that were not machined to mate properly. If this was under warranty, a leak such as this might be covered. It might pay to take it apart, new gasket in hand, and inspect the old gasket, and also the machined surfaces for 'flat'. Do the latter using a metal straightedge, such as a metal ruler. Non-flat, dished, or gouged/scratched surface areas would allow the lube to seep out and thence out the vent. Pressure buildup(when sealed by seeping lube, internal air will heat, and push any lube in the passage/tube out towards the end, and then when cool, contract, and pull air/lube back from the tube. To take it apart, you would have to remove the muffler, the wheel, and the bolts from the other side. The gasket might stick, requiring the use of impact or lever utensils. tom

New update,
Scoot is at the dealer to get fixed. Bike was leaking gear lube all the way there.
Hope this gets fixed ASAP. I miss my bike already.

The engine oil leaked form the cap, I do not know how, perhaps due to too much oil ? I tried to remove a bit of oil and there is a residue on the oblique tube where you insert the oil. THe cap and the o-ring are indeed oily , even after I clean and dry them.
