Hello. So about every 400 km I feel a slight dip in rpms, followed by hang-ups. I pulled the torque driver and sure enough its dry as a bone... again.
It seems no matter how much or how little, the grease always gets out. Right now I use Malossi grease, but with no success.
The seals all look good and the o rings are new.
Has somebody found a fix for this?

The grease is not evaporating. Its got to go somewhere. I would guess that the surfaces on the TD where the seal and o-ring is located could be worn enough that grease is getting by.(seeing you said that the seal/o-ring were good)

I have this same issue. My o-rings are shot... the grease on mine flings out under the spring base. No "cure" for it yet, I just clean it all up about once a week when I ride it daily.

Damn.. the torque driver is pretty new. How often do you re-grease it ? Not too often, but I know what you mean by the lag in shifting. I got on my GY6 last night after it's been sitting for a month and it was so boggy, but ran fine, just seemed like the brake was stuck on or something. This morning I popped the variator off and the boss was so gummed up, it was hard to push it thru the variator by hand. Cleaned it all up and boy oh boy did the power come back. I would say when it comes to the torque driver... if I ride daily I clean it probably once a month unless I feel the drag in it (like when installing the clutch I can tell if it's harder to open the pulleys by hand and if so, it comes off and I grease it up).
