I ordered a Chinese replica of a Dellorto PHBG 21mm carb off of eBay. This is for my 50cc moped, so I'm trying to adjust it so it runs smoothly. Following these: www.mopedarmy.com/wiki/PHBG_tuning_made_easy_(a_step_by_step_guide) instructions, I have been trying to tune the carb. However, my idle screw imgur.com/a/bG5DCm8 does nothing when turned in or out. Only when I turn my air/fuel mixture screw, does the rpm increase. The air/fuel mixture screw is acting like the idle speed screw as whenever I turn it in, RPM increases. To the point where it keeps increasing to the point where I can't turn it anymore. Am I doing something wrong or do I just have a faulty carb?
