Google "gy6 4 wire stator" and check photos and specs on links that show up to make sure it's a match. May have to pay expedited shipping to get it fast unless one comes up on amazon and you're a prime member or maybe you're really close to a good shop like PFS.
Generic service manuals are as good as most of us get with Chinese scooters.

There is a dealer in Florida near Miami who is on the. Not sure exactly where. There are also dealers in the Tampa Bay area, some in Pinellas county, some in Hillsborough. Pinellas dealer has a web presence. I suspect you could find parts locally in Orlando also. Could not say about smaller towns. Tallahassee does have vendors and sales, as does Gainesville.(college towns with lots of scooters) There are also dealers in some beach towns along the panhandle.
Look on the metal ID tags for the manufacturer name. You should not worry too much about 'brand', getting a "Gator" stator, as almost all Chinese vendors use suppliers for their machines accessories, such as carburetor, stator, starter motor, switches, wheels, brakes, cables, batteries, lights, plastics, etc. The vendors run assembly plants where all the vendor supplied parts are assembled. Some even contract out the creation of the metal frames, including bending, welding, painting, so all they do is bolt parts together. In short, it is almost "a stator is a stator is a stator..." to any degree you would care to look. Should not a 2018 model still be under the warranty? Most retailers stand behind the product for a year, some only for 90 days or 6 months. If you have time to wait, the above mentioned PFS will have good quality parts, but you will have to wait for shipping. I think there are some service manuals on the site. You can search for '139QMB service manual PDF' and find likely files to use. To change the stator, you will have to remove the flywheel. A puller is a real nice thing to have. If you use the special tool, remember there are left hand threads involved. Additionally, you will have to have a tool to hold the flywheel from turning while loosening the bolt on the end of the crankshaft before even worrying about removing the flywheel. tom
