Just wondering what is the biggest cc cylinder and piston you can install if you bored out a 50cc 139qmb case to it's limits?

The Naraku 52.4 is the biggest production cylinder kit possible. Will give you 89.3cc with the stock crank. With this stroker crank you'll get 94.9cc! I currently run a 52mm Hoca cylinder and piston with the stroker and have 93.4cc... it RIPS.

To my knowledge, I believe the largest you can go Without modifying the case, is 52 mm. IMHO, you are not going to get much increese in power over the more common 50mm kits. On black bike, we over bored a couple of 50 mm BB cylinders to 52mm. The 52mm bore netted us about 1 mph over the 50mm we had before.

ratdog the Naraku 52.4 kit does not need case boring. These kits are not designed around all out speed, but more plain POWER. My 50mm bore was faster top speed than my current 52mm bore WITH the stroker crank. More to the speed than just the bore size. When I went from 50 to 52mm I noticed a huge grunty gain. Wheelies where easier by far and takeoff improved but speed did not. There are so many variables involved for speed. The bore is just the power plant, harness that power thru tuning of the CVT.
