So I stay up too late and order cheap things without too much throught some times and I got an Ebay baffle can the other day.
So the can has an adaptor for the oil dipstick but what to do with the valve cover vent? Should/can you just cap it. On cars you usually have the valve cover and crank case and you want to vent both. On the 139qmb can you just vent one and not cause pressure in the valve cover.
Also I dont need reasons why pcv is important, I run this scooter hard and want an open system for the crank case.

The valve cover is already vented. Nothing to worry about there And there is really no need on a stock engine to vent crankcase, but I recommend to do so with a bbk though.

Still new to scooters and not sure what a "bbk" is. I know the valve cover is vented but my question is can I cap it or should I splice it into the baffle tube? I know stock engines dont really need venting but this scoot already has a few mods and only more to come. Most likley scrappy dogs big bore and racing head after everything elce is done.

The crankcase will vent out through the cam chain gallery to the valve cover vent then to atmosphere. The oil mist will condense out inside the engine unless there is excessive blowby past the rings. The valve cover vent is usually vented back into the carb intake.
