last year I replaced the belt and clutch and variator assembly with a high performance kit from zumas r us . about a month ago the clutch started staying engaged at low idle and would cause the bike to stall out and I would have to brake to keep bike from rolling foreward . has anyone had this problem before? also the battery is dead and I haven't replaced it yet as all my money is tied up in poverty at the moment I have been using the kickstart and that sucks because the belt being constantly engaged makes it difficult to get the bike on the kickstand . I hope I have described the problem properly and would appreciate any help or ideas to fix this as I am currently without my car the bike has 27000 miles on it

Sounds like you may have broken a clutch spring. Pull the CVT cover and look and see if the clutch spins freely and all of the springs are attached.

Get yourself one of these they don't slip and hold the clutch tight.

It's adjustable so it will fit anything.
