now this guy says this has only been sitting for short time and was well taken care of prior, the bill of sale isnt a issue im just going to be running this as a 50cc have registration and a spare frame i could use so my question is what do i do about the locks.
ignitions are cheap on ebay but can i just unplug the ignition and kick start it? just wondering how should go about this.

You will need all the paperwork seeing it will need to be registered. 2nd if you plan on swapping frames, the engine mounts are different. 50cc are bottom mount where as 150cc are top mount.

You will have to destroy the gas cap(unless your good at picking locks) and get a new kit that has ignition switch and gas cap with matching key.
Iv just used a large screwdriver, hammered it into the gas cap and gripped the screwdriver shaft with vise grips and twist and shear the old lock. You could drill out too, but be careful of gas fumes and sparks.

You could take the ignition wires and run them to a switch. Flick the switch and ignition turns on/off. Not great for security but you could hide the switch so it's not in plain sight.

The rear final drive shaft should be pretty tough, but I wouldn't rule out that it can be bent if enought force is applied. Get it up on the center stand. Remove the rear tire. Remove the CVT cover. Turn the clutch bell and check to see if the rear axle has run out.(bent)
