I installed a 1500 rpm spring and the yellow small 3 springs, cleaned all the parts put back togather, at that point I tried to pull the clutch open But I could not pull it open I think I might have done something wrong, OR Is it suppose to be that tight?

I know it would be harder with the new 1500 rpm.

you can try to block the bottom with the feet and try to open the pulley with the hands. or just disassemble and assemble again ?

how far apart did you take it? It could be a stuck guides in the torque converter. Take it apart again and remove the contra spring and be sure that the pull halves will move apart.
