I have a Naraku 52.4mm kit, once I reach 65km what seems to be my top speed, my small technigas silent pro exhaust starts making a strange noise like the gargling when water goes down a sink, I have a 24mm carb. Could someone tell me what this is/means, thanks.

Is it perhaps the sound of the rev limiter kicking in?

Is it perhaps the sound of the rev limiter kicking in? I can reach 72km/h gps verified and no limiter, on scoots with limiter it is set up at 55km/h it would never be around 65km/h But good guess tho I belive that he is hearing a lean poping

It's the limiter. It's a rev limiter, not a speed limiter. Many try to tune bikes to get more speed out of the revs before you bounce off the limiter. If you can do 55 at 7500RPM or 85 at 7500RPM it's still going to stop you at 7500RPM. The limiter makes kind of a stuttering / gargling noise. Below is an example from a car, but on a scoot it's maybe a little more pronounced. www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOBl2qF1gx4
