I use 91 gas of Mobil or Shell, ridden like less than 100 miles then i took airbox off and i notice some oily resedue inside carb body and in the air box where it attach to the carb. It smells like gasoline, but its oily to touch.
Its only directly on bottom part of the hose from airbox that attach to carb not anywhere else in the airbox, its not from crankcase vent
What caused that?

Thats perfectly normal. Dont worry about it. Its not the gas thats causing this, its the carb coughing back into the airbox and probably some of your crank case ventilation residu.

Not particularly worried just wondering under what circumstances this happens?

Not particularly worried just wondering under what circumstances this happens? Normal use. Take the airbox off, hold your hand near the carb and rev the motor a bit. You'll see your hand gets wet from vapors coming from the carb.

Think about this: The valve opens as the piston starts a vacuum, drawing in air thru the intake and carb. Now imagine the path of the air, flowing towards the cylinder and BAM! the valve closes. The moving energy of the air "bounces" off that closed valve now, and goes backwards thru the carburetor puffing out a little bit of atomized fuel and air.
