Manual calls for about 1800rpm.

The gps tracker in the flywheel is throwing things off. LOL
Vibration where ? From the engine or when you rev it up and the tire spins too ?
These engines are not balanced and blueprinted.(from the factory)

I'd think the tracker back to vlad might mess it up.

Makes you think back to those special OEM crank bearings.

2000rpm vibrates mirrors turn signals in front and back when rpm 2400 its okay.
Balancing crankshaft would help with that?
my idle is bit wired when i fire up cold engine it takes like 5 seconds for it to reach from 1200 rpm to 1800rpm.
not sure why choke does not add up RPM, last time i adjusted idle with choke closed, so with open choke it should start at about 2400RPM. Instead its hardly reach 1800 RPM.
I assume its old dirty air filter ordered replacement waiting now.

Unless your turning 10k rpm or higher for long extended periods, there is no point for balancing other than to satisfy your OCD.

what else i can balance in the engine to reduce idle vibration?

You can have it balanced by a engine machine shop, but what are you going to gain ? Sleep ?

Vibration to an extent should be expected from a non counter shaft, single cylinder engine. If it vibrates and will shake your fillings out you’ve got an issue, bent - twisted crank, if it’s just enough to remind you that it’s running - move on.

This is what I would consider a vibration issue. He should of built this around a van.

I put idle at 2400 RPM and seems much better now.

If the manual calls for 1800 why are you at 2000 rpm ? Maybe it's set at 1800 so you can pull right past that 2000 RPM vibration and not notice it ?

I'll make a video today.
