Vento Triton’s running rough, time to change the plug. Weird problem, I could not remove the spark plug cable cap, the oil tank is in the way. I had to remove the tank to pull the plug. Anyone ever seen this?

Yeah, It can be tough. After I went to premix, I removed the oil tank. Then one day while removing the plug cap, it came loose and the oil tank mount gouged the back of my hand pretty good. Serviceability is not a highlight of the chinarelli. Still an awesome scoot though!

All the more reason for naked scoots!Try changing a plug on a Hyosung SD50,then you'll think the Vento is easy!!

Interesting discovery. Fouled spark plug is a NGK BR8HS-10 I had never seen that number, researching I found DASH TEN means it was factory gapped at 1.0mm The correct gap is .7mm
