Polini cast iron, yasuni R, 19mm dellorto phbg and a top racing crank. That will do 50mph with ease. The rest like variator, clutch, reeds etc is only for getting there easier.

Any of the main brands sports cylinders should be good. Malossi, Polini, stage 6 all do good twin ring cast iron cylinders. Loads of choice with cranks. Just as the same with cylinders, you get what you pay for. won't go wrong with a Dellorto carb like Lucass sugested.

Top racing = Jasil so yes. Rusted cast iron cylinders can be cleaned up with some scotch brite and WD40. Unless there are some real rusty 'chunks' in there.
21mm naraku is probably some keihin or dellorto copy, not a fan (at all!) of replica/copied carbs. Go with genuine when it comes to picking carbs.
Tecnigas is 'ok' i guess, but there are way better options.

A tecnigas would be the limiting factor for your build. That won’t get you to 60, 50 maybe just not up hill. Yasuni make good pipes that aren’t too much more then a tecnigas. Yasuni R is a nice pipe you can grow with (to an extent). I’m very pleased with the durability of Polini cast cylinders. Some work with a file will really wake them up.

Ok
The stuff i mentiond above i alredy own. Exept the r setup cylinder The polini one a big grinder been there and, destryed it checked the axthaust duration Its 192 degrees and not done with care. And the carbs i own to Followed in the bankroupsy deal Payed out 200 bucks for the hole chabang. But i know a yasuni r will do the job And will be an later investment Fot a better scoot

I had a technigas nextr on a cast iron cylinder, and it's top RPM was 10k. Good down low tho, and for an endurance race it should be good since it'll keep the revs low. But don't expect huge top speeds at 10k RPM.

And thanks again for the input and help The old but sill going speed freak scoot maniac Heard about them...thats it. Aparently very badly overpriced and nothing special besides that. But i've never seen one nor heard anybody do a decent review on em. Dunno who makes em, china? What kinda piston is in there, timings etc etc. Know absolutely nothing about R-setup, but i know the brand for about 5yrs or so. Says enough for me.

Okey Then i know that will not try one of these then. I am snooping around for a stage6 racing mk2 cylinder for the race motor. And if i find one im gonna use the pro sport mk2 on this engine insted. Is that a streetable one or not? And thanks for the help stopping me from doing a bad choise. Sorry for the spelling but you get the idea.
