I have tuned my scoot last summer and ended up with 82 main jet with 47mm BBK, the temperature was around 30°C during the carb jetting, now it is around freezing point 0°C and I noticed that the scoot is running a bit slower, to what approx jet size should I go now?

I'd do some tuning passes. In lieu of those, I'd stick a 90 in there and see if it ran OK. If not, down to 85-88.

It is just a needle valve with a tube stuck into the air stream where air passing over the end will draw out fuel. It has a 1/4-28 thread as shown in the pictures. You drill and tap the air-horn or drill a hole in the airbox to carb connector tube. Instructions are included.
