I originally had issues with the tank and the petcock and I’ve cleaned and replaced parts. I can not seem to get her to start. She did once after kicking her over for like 45 seconds. It sounded good but now I can get her to start again. I verified fuel in the carb, I check and the plug is making spark, and removed and cleaned the carb and checked the reeds. I did notice the plug is wet because I changed the plug and now the new one is wet with oil and gas also.
(Separate issue but less important) I am at a loss. I have to use the kick starter but I did verify there is spark when I use the electric start. I’m fine with kick starting it for now but I am lost.
Throw anything at me I am willing to try almost anything at this point.

Spark, gas, compression, and air. Do a compression test see what you get, Leak down test, spark test, etc. Process of elimination. Cheap and usually first mod ever for me is clear colored gas line and filter. You said the plugs getting gas so you don't have too now but it's recommended for down the line. That way you can just glance at it and tells it's getting gas. What's your carb status? Stock, modified? Electric choke? More times than not if you have fuel, spark, and compression without any air leaks than its usually the carb/ choke set up.

If it’s been sitting for any length of time you might have a accumulation of oil in the cases and/or pipe. Pull the plug out and crank it over to clear any excessive fuel/oil.

I will try that today thanks. The plates say 09 so I assume it’s been idle since then but you never know , it could be less downtime than that.
