I had to go back to the stock air-box cause I would always run into trouble when it was raining or wet. I noticed a couple of Grom clones had them then found one for the scoot. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KWVSXKH/

@ 2mins 5sec, that plastic cover falls off.
Never had much luck with this style filter.

I made my own from a cut down tin can over a larger cone filter. It worked well.

Yes I did. I don't even remember what was in the can. The can had to be shortened to work. I painted the resulting 'creation' gloss black. My old mods thread in my sig has pictures.

Lol I know huh.. sorry I have a similar one on my scooter came stock seems to work well. I can't seem to find a tapped pod filter to replace it when the time comes, so if you figure out a good one lmk

That thing looks cool. It says you may need to increase your jet size by 10 to avoid damaging your engine. I'm confused. I thought if you had less air-low you reduce the main jet.

Compared to the standard air box that will flow more air. Making the engine run lean.
