Intake valve stuck in fully open position. Can it be fixed? I tried lubricating the springs with engine oil. It's a 52mm head. Intake valve diameter is 23mm.

Got it working. Had to wiggle the valve springs a bit and it fixed itself

I would take it apart & investigate , valves just dont stick open for no reason,(just my 2 cents worth) weak spring ? , valve bent ? Guide issue?
