How much performance do I loose running 88cc with stock (19mm I think) exhaust. Also is this considered a performance exhaust?

47mm(72cc)BBK or bigger is restricred by stock exhaust at the high rpm range,at the top speed pressure in the exhaust starts to building up therefore reducing top speed, any exhaust that ensures free flow is considered a "performance" exhaust
I always remove the stock exhaust on my scoots, they are both heavy and restrictive, only on my 44mm I keep the stock exhaust on

That's a tough question because not all stock exhausts are created equal. I've seen some with a muffler that appears to the be same as what my 150 had with a header that didn't look like it would restrict anything and then many of them look like they'd be too small for anything beyond stock.
What you posted is the basic idea of a performance pipe. Usually a larger header and a more free-flowing muffler. A lot of people like them regardless of performance because of the sound. Honestly the sound can make the scooter feel faster even if it's not and can be fun.
