Did the search and I'll admit, I'm fairly frustrated. The problem is not the stator side, and I cannot find a 6 pole, 4 wire stator on the internet (I've been at this, 6 months and I'll admit, a lot of beer). Wires out from New Stator: Green, red/blk, yellow, blue/wht, wht (not really the problem I'm having, at all). Wires from existing Wire Harness (THE TOTAL PITA (pain in the..)): Red/Blk, Red/Wht, Yellow, Dark Green. Assuming Red/Blk from the harness matches the stator, that's gravy.. same with Yellow/Yellow. That leaves Red/Wht and Dark Green (yeah, there's normal green on the harness, as well) I'll admit, this was my fault.. I threw the old stator away. Any Constructive help is GREATLY appreciated (I've searched and did the Google). left side stator, right is the harness

Where do the 4 main harness wires go to? Chase each one out.

Well what I would do is establish spark first to eliminate the last or the remaining wires. (RB to RB), (Blue/W to Red/wht), (green to green), (yellow to yellow) and see if you get spark. If you do then you can work on the remaining wires by trial and error. If you don't get spark then I would keep the red blacks together and the ground and interchange the blue white with the another wire til you get spark.
Oh yeah like the previous comment said the stator should go straight to the CDI and usually two wires to the regulator. So that must be checked first.

These posts are confusing. You probably need to reset brother. By that I mean clear your mind. I have been there and this shit gets frustrating sometimes but when we truly let go the answer comes.

Fuel/Air has never been my problem.. I'm a saw mechanic and most wiring issues aren't, as well.. I could use my Fluke meter to trace down most things but I'm worried about false traces if they don't zero out (0 ohms impedence). Once I get this figured out, I am making a writeup, for myself so if I do this again I have a guide. Seriously, If I can't turn a switch to turn something off physically, it bothers me. I've done wiring controls for Siemens so I could follow traces just fine and left it to the 1 and 0's creators (computer programmers). I can read diagrams perfectly fine.. I'm just irked that such a simple problem like this can come down to 2 wires.. I'm considering a few jumper leads and cranking the engine but before that, I have a mechanical issue i need to work over. I rebuilt the entire engine, so I am currently chasing down 1 bolt I remember having problems with 1.5 years ago, before I try to crank it over... 1 of 2 oil pump bolts. once i do something, and make a mistake. I've already cracked the case and bought a new high performance gasket set. my guide says 'pissed off'.. I'm actually, frustrated. I want to reenter that I am assexual on dating sites, so I can focus.. therein, lies my actual problem.. Wait a minute. Reread your posts. If you can make sense of what you wrote, that makes one of us.
You can get help here but skip the dating and engine rebuilds. Your thread here is about wiring. Stick to the script, it will get complicated enough.
You allude to having a meter and the experience to use it. So if you are versed in troubleshooting Siemens equipment, why can't you chase 4 colored wires across a scooter. You have to be upfront and honest with your capabilities and be willing to put in the effort.

I have to wait a bit to check the wiring until I go over the mechanical side again so I don't hear a catastrophic *CLUNK*. I'll get back to this once I've finished those steps. Knowing how I work, I'll probably try to get it running same day.
I realize I made no sense, I tend to work on things until i am a garbled mess and resort to cave man grunts.
