Hi I have a vmoti Milano. Sat for a few years and I recently replaced carb and got her running. Drained water and crap from fuel tank, rinsed it out with new fuel replaced vacuum peacock and carb and new plug wire and filter. It Ran like fine and I took a quick spin around the block a couple days ago and it seemed great! So New paint job and got her looking pretty and took it for a spin. Ran fine, top of the street it conked out. Started fine but throttle kills the motor. I looked at the engine to carb manifold it it looks like it may be cracked. But it started and ran fine like that last time? I bought a new manifold but the one on there has three bolts and one nubtype thing. Not a threaded stud. I undid the bolts but can’t get the manifold off. Anyone seen a nub type thing in place of a bolt on these? How the heck do I get it off?

Can you take a picture so that we know what you are talking about? Usually all the bolts should be the same. It might happen so that the bolt you are looking at was damaged when someone was trying to take it out/screw it in and that's why it looks this way. Again, a picture is a necessity
