This was in a press release from Lifan's Chinese site;  I copied and pasted the only information they had on the scooter:

That is a nice scooter concept or production any idea ?

Lifan has been on a kick lately with some nice bikes coming out; my guess is they will put this into production, just as their other bikes have been released over the past couple years.

The Honda ADV has been a big hit in Europe. I guess someone has looked at the sales figures.
It's not bad looking though.
