I am pretty new to small engines worked some on my own cars years ago. I cannot find what kind of scooter it is do know its a 49 to to 50cc 4 stroke 2004 made by Jiangsu XinLing says transporter 4 stcqt-50. When I first got it it ran fine then started bogging then continued to get worse. I have replaced the carb, plug, fuel filter put on an air filter, ignition coi, intake manifold it ran fair for a small trip but would lose all power going uphill going 10 to 15 mph then I replaced the ignition coil now will not start at all need help any suggestions?

What kind of air filter did you get? If it was a foam air filter it would increase your air intake volume and make your engine run lean you will get the feeling of bogging down it happened to my scooter as well and my scooter had a big bore in it. I'm not saying that is your issue but it's good to know.
Do you still have everything stock such as the air filter case and the EGR system to clean the emissions?

Did you do anything with the jets? An open filter needs a richer main.
