Is this correct camshaft timing

Doing a big bore kit installation on a qmb 139 49cc scooter.
My question is this.
My marks on my camshaft with piston at top dead show the two small holes in line verically but the larger hole facing the back of my engine not the front as everything says it should be.
Is this normal?
Scooter always ran fine in that position.

Change it and see what happens. Usually though, you have the two holes vertical with the case and the big hole perpendicular to that same line facing outward.

Have you actually confirmed piston is at tds or just placed flywheel on the mark ? One full rotation of the flywheel will rotate camshaft 1/2 rotation.

Yes
Was tdc.
Checked piston and timing mark.

Turn flywheel one rotation and everything will be in place.
