I need the bolt and the spring that connects the brake line to the brakes But i have no idea what to search to find it

If you can't find the exact parts, a good hardware store has the cure. Take 2 nuts with beer and call me in the morning. Anyway, the store will have a spring that fits, a short spacer to go ahead of the nuts, and 2 nuts so you can lock them together.

Its not even a bolt i just cant think of a name for it here a pic of what i need

Its a holedowell. Make one with a hacksaw, drill and the unthreaded part of a bolt. Exact fit isn't critical.

That part is the same throughout all Jogs. My CV50 2003 has the same so does an older 3YK CY50 Jog. As already mentioned you could find a matching bolt cut it and drill a hole through it and it will do just fine. I would guess a M10 bolt should be just right for this. But check to be 100% sure.
