After changing my gear , something in my cvt started making noise. After riding a little and reaching 75kmh i slowed down and it mad a scisling metalic noise .
It only happens when I slow down (releasing the throtlle) and when I’m over 70 km/h

Yes i put oil change the bearing everything changed the gasket maybe it could be link to the problem before the gear when my clutch was overheating and getting stuck on the belle . The one who got stuck got change by my delta and I rode it a little bit but not a lot so maybe my spring are fucked?

Did you change the gear for straight cut gears? They are a lot louder than the standard gears.
