Hi i have a question:
so i got bigger kit (70cc) and when its cold it runs like crazy,it has so much power.
But when i ride it for about 5-10 minutes (i live in the mountains) it starts to kinda lose power and starts accelerating slower.
Also it starts to ping.
Sometimes when its been ridden for about 15 minutes it even struggles to climb small hills(especially when its been ridden with 2 people).
But when its cold it can climb step hills, even with 2 people, fast and with a lot of power. My scooter is chinese with 70cc taiwanese kit and 4,5gr,air cooled.
Help me pls.

As pinkscoot said I would do some jetting changes considering your elevation. I would also check your belt wear and feel your CVT cover to see how hot it gets after a hill climb. The components inside I.e pulleys, clutch, belt will not perform as well overheated. The taskbars on the left have plenty of info containing guides to CVT tuning/troubleshooting.

Yeah i will try with bigger jets but after 20 minutes of ride my cvt cover is really hot. There is some plastic cover on my cylinder and i noticed it blows hot air straight to my air filter cover and to my cvt intake. Should i remove the plastic cover

No!!! its your cooling shroud. Removing it will fry the engine.

Can you direct the hot air away from those intakes?

Im currently thinking of some way to redirect hot air to blow only to the ground without making my engine overheat or other problems
