Bought a new stator cause mine died. And noticed that it's missing 1 wire (green). Is this normal?

Green is usually ground , new stator May ground to case, but verify with a meter.

Yes it is meter time.
By looking at your photo your lighting coil has the typical yellow and white wires. That means single phase. A half wave stator would normally have a ground wire used by the lighting coil and maybe the CDI power coil. A full wave stator may or may not have a ground wire used by the CDI coil but not the lighting coil. The lighting circuit would be a floating ground and grounded internally at the rectifier.
So on the face you could guess that you have a full wave floating ground lighting coil with the CDI power coil grounded through the case (chassis ground).
With your meter test the yellow and white to each other and to a scraped clean spot on the stator metal case and post your findings.
