Anyone here have an OR an a jog? Put everything on but when i tighten down the cvt cover it puts too much pressure on the bell nut causing it to not spin freely. Not sure if its the spacer between the clutch and bell thats pushing out too much. Anyone run into this problem? Only fix would be to space out the cvt cover but im not sure if that would cause the kickstart pawl to get eaten up.

For a while I was running about a 1/8” spacer I cut from plexiglas on an engine to clear an oversized clutch, then I found a different cover that didn’t need it. If you look at the kickstart gear you can see where it engages and see how much wiggle room you have.

Im gonna have to play around with something. I cant even shave down the spacer between the clutch and bell because theres barely any room to play with. Only thing would be to shave the bell nut down or space the cvt cover. I guess i have something to do this weekend

I know in my aerox I had to remove some material from the gear housing to get it to sit back far enough. You're scooter might be different. But it's another thing you could check.

Not on the jog case since the whole cvt pretty much sits outside the case. I had to remove material from my long case lc also
