I just acquired a Qlink star 50 scooter and was wondering if anyone out there might have a part # for the float needle on this carb? The carb bore measures 18.6mm and has JET50 stamped just below where the slide cover plate attaches to the carb.
Thanks, Fitz

So I got the new needle and now the carb overflows gas. Does anyone know what the float height should be? Also, should I be able to blow through the fuel valve? I think that might be my problem.
Thanks

Yep lower it till it stops leaking fuel ! Most Chinese scooters have no serious service manuals because they use so many different parts suppliers for the same product or model .. One model scooter may have 3 different carbs it uses . Basically when one supplier runs out they just move on and use a new supplier that makes it hard on us ! lol

Figured it out. The o-ring on the seat was bad causing gas to slip by it flooding the carb. Replaced the o-ring, filled it up with gas and it started right up with no problems.
