I found references to adjustments for the oil pump and aligning marks, just not which marks to align. This is current full throttle, could still adjust to open further before hitting stop. What marks are supposed to be aligned? This is throttle closed resting on stop.

Open the throttle wide open if it hits the stop loosen it just a tad .That is wide open on the oil pump but you don't want the cable that tight or you will snap it . Yours has that horizontal line above the pointer ,it should be within that line wide open . Taiwanese scooter usually have a gauge cast into the pump or stamped in the steel portion of the oil pump above the pointer .

I'm a little dense trying to identify the marks on this adjustment. Could some familiar with an editing program point at the lines to align. I know there is no slack in the cable. Looking at my wide open throttle should I keep opening it up so the pointer the part resting on the stop closed is basically pointing to where the head and cylinder is bolted together?
I can adjust it for basically side open at full throttle but what, I don't get is in the link referenced it says he adjusts for more oil with a bbk, if I'm already running side open as suggested above how do I adjust for more oil with a bbk?

I Zoomed in on it that is not a line ! Sorry no big deal just do as i said be for wide open throttle till it hits the stop then back off that just a little so you don't snap the cable from being over tight !

I apologize, but the simple best answer, if you are having questions/problems with oil/fuel mixture, is to eliminate the pump and fuss.
If you make the switch to hyper space...meaning pre-mixing fuel and 2T Oil, you will not have as many issues.
It will give you the most consistent ratio at any rpm,

No issue at the moment, rebuilt carburetor etc, and was reading users manual and service manual and said to align marks. Just not what marks to align.
