I have a Eton viper mini 50cc 2 stroke. I can't get it to run right. It ran fine then it sat in the basement for about 6 months. Got it out wouldn't run so I drain gas and cleaned carb it then cranked but wouldn't idle and bogged at throttle. I rebuilt carb and adjusted it had it running and idling good except for a little bag at 3/4-full throttle sat two days went to let son ride it today and it went back to not idling and bogging bad with no power. Help please!

Sounds similar to my experience with a dinli dino atv. Mine was simply a clogged exhaust silencer.
I suggest you remove the exhaust and see if it idles. Maybe it can't exhale. I wouldn't suggest riding it like this (very sensitive to simple changes that change flow/ air:fuel ratio)

Cuda has good advise. Regardless of your problems, pipe cleaning is always orgasmic.
Now...the issue you describe, can have multiple causes. We all here will have some assumptions. Let us know if your actual conditions are different.
First: Nothing has changed in the engine except storage in the basement? * The basement never flooded? * The basement is cool temperature, or heated? * No other changes, except new fuel and carb cleaning?
If the above is true, with nothing else, re-trace your cleaning steps. Do the carb inspection as thorough as you can. Tune everything to mfg. spec. Float setting/float needle?
Air box & filter? Ignition settings to spec? Chaeck before the following:
If nothing obvious jumps at you...pull the head and cylinder and exhaust pipe. (As Cuda suggests) Deposits and goo? If so clean that and try again...
