WOW! matlock...I cannot apologize. Your English, spelling, grammar and punctuation is simply kindergarten.
I am not being mean...but you are asking for help. Try learning your own language.
That said...You have made too many changes to allow anyone to properly offer a single response.
Go back to the settings and air box you had when your scoot ran well. Give that as a start point. Pod filters with no air box make tuning very hard, and fuel economy shit.
I have a 49cc engine, that makes near 9 hp, and gets near 95 mpg. All near stock, except pipe, carb and ignition. What are you looking to do?

Just stick to a stock air box with the snorkel removed. Main jets are not always the answer there are also pilot jets and needle changes that can affect performance.

If you insist on running a pod filter than definitely get a wider array of jets. Type in “VM16” jets in Google or wherever and a you’ll find what your looking for. I’m am running a 35mm 45 degree POD filter from UNI on your same engine, stock crank and Stage 6 Streetrace 70 kit. It’s running a 95 main with a 42 pilot (slow), needle dropped 2nd from bottom, if that helps.
I think all ThaiGyro was saying was to put your sentences into more clausable statements that way people will better understand what it is that your talking about. I’m sure he meant no hard feelings, this board has more of a respectable nature than most and most wiuld probably like to keep it that way.

There's really no need to be disrespectful to each other. It's always best to ask questions in a clear manner. Typing one big run-on sentence with lots of errors and a total lack of punctuation and capitalization is similar to calling up a tech hotline and trying to explain your problem while taking big bites of food. The goal should be to make it easy for someonte to understand your issue. On the flip side; if you can't read it, sometimes it's better to just move on. That said, I definitely don't like seeing people cursed at here and I don't give many warnings for that sort of thing.

I said I would not apologize "matlock". But I do. I am an engineer, former racer, race mechanic...and a teacher/coach and mentor.
Your question a good one. Your sentence structure is very hard for a 63 year old to "see". I do have great frustration with that. My bad.
That said...pod filters are still not better than an air-box. Yes, you can make it work. No, it cannot beat a proper air box setup. Glad you got things sorted.

Matlock,if money is available I would recommend a variator upgrade before you buy any rollers they use different size rollers than stock,I would also change the stock clutch springs so it kicks in at a higher rev point, two mods that made a huge difference to my scoot.

I am a fan of changing only what is needed. Though, as geoffh stated, a new variator is a likely next step...try what you have. You will get a better feel. If you do not have a tach, I suggest getting one. I install cheap ones often. You can "see", feel and hear what is happening with your scoot power train.
