Hello guys, I am wondering whether someone can help me with an issue I have with my 50cc scooter. I recently got it and after running fine for like a week it just started dying on me always in the same manner by suddenly the motor starting to rev on full power and then eventually dying without any throttle being applied. My mechanic thought its an issue with too much fuel going in or out so we have since got new spark plugs ready, had a new fuel valve and an ignition coil to fix the issues we had before. At the moment we are looking at a loose hose hanging out of the carburetor, which seems to be a kind of a vacuum hose and appears to be cut before(if you put a finger over it you can feel a bit of suction and the motor will start revving slightly more). It starts and runs perfectly at the moment, but I just want to be sure. I've attached a picture of the carburetor and the hose in question. I am not sure if its possible to tell from a picture exactly what its for, but I hope someone can point me in the right direction. My mechanic thinks there needs to be a kind of unit like an air compressor or a filter? I've looked online for different carburetor hose attachments, but can't find anything, partly because I don't know what I'm looking for. Thanks

There are only two hoses from the fuel tank to carb the large one should go the small green circle and the small one to the vacuum which is the large green circle, the link aeroxbud isn,t quite right, on my puter it shows a petcock that will not fit but further down the unit for a Neos YN50 2T is the one for your scoot.your mechanic is possibly looking for the fuel filter,it is hidden in the tank as part of the petcock.hope that's clear but. feel free to myther me I have had a Jog r for long time

That part was just for reference of the two pipes connections. They are not looking for a replacement 😁
